Ingredients
- 1/4 C chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 C chopped fresh oregano
- 1 C sun dried tomatoes
- 1/4 C fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 C soy sauce
- 1/4 C chopped green onions
- 1 lb. cooked orzo
- 1/2 C olive oil
- 2 tbl. minced garlic
- 1 C feta cheese
Combine all ingredients and chill in the fridge until served. Add the Feta cheese AFTER IT HAS CHILLED for best results!
