Oreo Cookie Delight

Ingredients
Large package of Oreo cookies
1/2 C. margarine
1 carton Vanilla ice cream
1 can evaporated milk
2 C. sugar
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 tsp. Vanilla
Cool Whip
Mix 1/4 C. margarine with the crushed Oreos.
Line a 9 x 13 inch cake pan with the Oreo cookie mixture to form a crust.
Place in freezer.
Slice ice cream 1/2 inch-1 inch thick.
Put on top of Oreo crust.
Cook evaporated milk, sugar, and chocolate chips until thick.
Add Vanilla and 1/4 C. butter.
Cool.
Pour over ice cream.
Top with Cool Whip.
