Oreo Cookie Delight

Ingredients

  • Large package of Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 C. margarine
  • 1 carton Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 C. sugar
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • Cool Whip
  1. Mix 1/4 C. margarine with the crushed Oreos.
  2. Line a 9 x 13 inch cake pan with the Oreo cookie mixture to form a crust.
  3. Place in freezer.
  4. Slice ice cream 1/2 inch-1 inch thick.
  5. Put on top of Oreo crust.
  6. Cook evaporated milk, sugar, and chocolate chips until thick.
  7. Add Vanilla and 1/4 C. butter.
  8. Cool.
  9. Pour over ice cream.
  10. Top with Cool Whip.
