Ingredients
- 3 lb. onion sliced
- 1/2 C butter
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbl. paprika
- 1 bay leaf
- 3/4 C. flour
- 3 qt. beef broth
- 1 C. white wine
- 1 tsp. salt
- Melt butter, sliced onions (saute for 1 1/2 hours)
- Add Paprika, bay leaf, and flour to the saute for 10 minutes
- Add beef broth, white wine, and salt and simmer for 2 hours
* If you don't like how spicy it is then reduce the amount of pepper.
