Flank Steak Marinade

1/3  C. Dry Red Wine
1/2 C. Cooking Oil
1 Clove Garlic (crushed)
1/2 tsp. Marjoram
1/2 tsp. Rosemary
1/2 tsp. Basil
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. salt
2 TBSP. Ketchup
1 TBSP. Vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. Accent

Place in blender to mix.  Pour over meat.  Leave on for 2hrs or overnight in frig.
