Crock Pot Dressing II

Ingredients

  • 1 C. butter
  • 2 C. chopped Onion
  • 2 C. chopped Celery
  • 3 packages of Seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3-4 1/2 Cans of Chicken Broth (enough to make it very moist)
  • 3 well beaten eggs
  1. Pour butter, onion and celery over 3 packages of seasoned dry bread crumbs 12-13 cups in very large bowl.
  2. Pour the chicken broth into the bowl.
  3. Add 3 well beaten eggs
  4. Mix well and pack lightly into Crock Pot.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 45 minutes and then REDUCE heat to LOW for 4-8 hours.
