Buttermilk Herb Chicken Breasts Taken from "Don't Panic Dinner's in the Freezer Cookbook"

1C	Buttermilk
1T 	Dijon mustard
1T	Honey
1T	fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1/2t	dried thyme
1/2t dried sage
1/2t dried marjoram
1/2t	pepper
1t	Salt
8	boneless split chicken breasts


Serves 8

Mix together buttermilk with mustard, honey and seasonings. Place chicken breasts in freezer bag. Pour marinade
over chicken breasts. Freeze, using freezer bag method.

Thaw chicken, discarding marinade. Grill over med. heat until chicken is tender and juices run clear.

Kid Friendly hint after grilling cut in to strips serve with ranch dipping sauce.
